| Step 2: Fix Flaws using the Clone Stamp Tool
The Clone Stamp tool (also referred to as the Rubber Stamp or Clone Tool) lets you fix flaws in an image by painting over them with samples drawn from other areas of the image. |

Step 1. Choose the Clone Stamp Tool from the Toolbar. | |||||||

| Step 2: Examine the image to find an area that resembles the area near the part of the image that needs to be repaired. Option/Alt click on it. This is where the tool will draw its information from. | ||||||||
| Step 3: Click and drag over the flawed area. Work slowly, a small area at a time. Use a small, soft-edged brush. You may need to Option/Alt click frequently to make your repairs invisible.
When you finish, there should be no indication that the area was repaired. |
